3) Procurement and Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, schedule work, and agree on services with suppliers and subcontractors.

4) Budget Monitoring: Track real-time project costs, manage cash flow, and adjust budget projections when designs change.

5) Valuation and Payments: Review completed work on-site and process payments for contractors and suppliers.

6) Risk Management: Identify commercial risks, handle claims or disputes, and ensure compliance with building regulations.

Sales and Marketing Executive

Requirements & Skills

1) Sales & Client Management Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential buyers through cold calling, networking, digital inquiries, and channel partner/broker relationships.

2) Site Visits & Presentations: Conduct property tours and project presentations for prospective clients, highlighting features, pricing, and investment benefits.

3) Deal Closing: Guide clients through negotiations, booking formalities, and the end-to-end transaction process.

4) Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners to drive repeat business and referrals.

MEP Engineer

Core Design and Planning:
